Do you remember this one ? WOD 3 definitely left a mark…

Heavy dumbbell complex, burning lungs on the SkiErg and wall facing HSPU or HSPU to finish the job 💥

A workout where pacing, grip, shoulders and mental toughness were tested from start to finish 😮‍
