Last but not least in this edition: RR Interieur. Founded by Rik and Sylvie Ruebens,
out of a shared passion for beauty.
What began as a single flagship in Knokke has grown into a full interior universe,
from RR Interieur, curating top brands and design pieces from around the world, to
RR Corner's exclusive pièces uniques, RR Apart's stylish solutions for smaller
spaces, and RR Outdoor Projects at Ex Terra. Interior and outdoor living are treated
as one whole, guided by an independent, white-glove approach from first sketch to

of the Lesse, in the heart of the Ardennes.
Chef Marius Bosmans leads the gastronomic restaurant Arden, growing and
gathering vegetables straight from the château's own greenhouse to create a pure,
seasonal cuisine, paired with a cellar of 13,000 bottles. Beyond the table, guests find
a cocooning spa, an indoor pool with river views, and elegant riverside grounds, all
wrapped in a building with roots stretching back to the 18th century.

Featured in this edition: Brasserie Rubens. The oldest brasserie in Knokke, and a
name synonymous with the town's joie de vivre.
Now run by Maxime and Alexis Vandeperre, who took over this family affair without
ever touching the winning formula, Rubens still gathers regulars and visitors alike
around its classic, red-carpeted interior and sea view terrace. Authentic Belgian
cuisine, from shrimp croquettes to a perfectly grilled rib-eye, made with quality
ingredients like Zeeland oysters and Dierendonck meats.

From winning the VTM Soundmixshow at sixteen to finishing runner-up on Idool in
2007, Esther chose her own path rather than a record deal, following a sound rooted
in soul, jazz, and r&b. For three years running, she has been the voice behind Friday
nights at the bar of La Réserve, a spot she now calls a true second home in Knokke.
Those moments when a room goes completely quiet, or completely wild, still mean
the most to her.
