This our English Facebook-page on the Luxemburg Cycling & Mountainbike Tour -event. For 2016, this is happening between 5 and 8 May. Detailed info on www.lcmt.be and choose the English language link (http://lcmt.be/en/index.php). We expect to have between 400 and max. 550 riders. About 220 have been registrated already (road or mountainbikes or the combi-tour). Subscribe before New Year's eve and get the warmed winterjacket made by 30 SEVEN for only €60 extra (official value in the shop = €199)!

The LCMT is a real challenge for both the cyclists and mountainbikers. Thus, endurance and recuperation are very important: you should keep up your energy level. INNERME and BIOVER (Omega Pharma group) will provide an assortment of sport drinks and food before, during and after the stages. INNERME is unique! Instead of regular sugar, they use another sweetener: Stevia.

The first COMPEX electrostimulation device (SP 4.0, retail value = 600 euros) has been won by OLIVIER SERAFIM, participant of the LCMT CYCLO. His present will be handed over during the LCMT Cyclo (17-19th of April 2015). Lots will be drawn for another similar device, amongst the participants of the LCMT MTB tour.
