Attention all fitness enthusiasts and supporters of a good cause! We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Belgium Moves Against Parkinson event happening on April 30th at Cyclo Studio Gent! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Join us for a heart-pumping 45-minute cycling class that incorporates High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Can't attend in person? We've got you covered with a one-week Strava event that will kick-off on the same day and will allow participants to join remotely and record their kilometers! 💪

All attendees will receive our event T-shirt and a goodie bag. 👕🛍

All proceeds will go towards Demoucelle Parkinson Charity.

To cap off the day, we invite you to stay for a reception featuring a (secret) keynote speaker who will share valuable insights on "How to Remain Active While Being Busy."
