Arrives in Pontorson on September 14, 2022 before 12.00 am (midnight).

The foreseen control points and timed segments are : Mur de Grammont, Trouée d’Arenberg to Mons-en-Pévèle, Avranches to Mont-Saint Michel.

The precise route will be presented 5 weeks before departure (i.e. August 7, 2022).

PANACHE 2022

The first edition of Panache rally took place in 2020, with the objective of connecting the Grand Départ Tour de France of Brussels 2019 with Nice 2020. We wanted to pay tribute to the first cycling heroes who made the Tour de France in its original format.

Panache is designed as a long distance Brevet without assistance and is inspired by several legendary European races (Ronde van Vlaanderen, Paris-Roubaix, Paris-Nice …), while fostering the values ​​of solidarity which are at the roots of ultra cycling.

The rally goes through several mandatory control points and timed segments all around Belgium, and France.

A perfect introduction to the world of ultra-cycling.

Current information :

Departs from Brussels on September 11, 2022 at 12.00 pm (noon).
Arrives in La Turbie on September 23, 2022 before 12.00 am (midnight).

The foreseen control points are : Trouée d’Arenberg, Mont-Saint-Michel, Mont Aigoual, Col de Turini (…)

The precise route will be presented 5 weeks before departure (i.e. August 7, 2022).

Distance 2400 Km and 17 100 Elevation +

You must register before August 21, 2022.

From May 2 to June 26, 2022 : 199.00 euros

From June 27 to August 21, 2022 : 219.00 euros

Importante note :
For all participants who have not received this message by email, please contact us: [email protected], in order to forward these documents to you.

Please find the latest changes below:

- Switzerland: You can only cross the country. The Swiss Embassy validated this information for us yesterday. You will find attached a document specifying (in case of control) your participation, and specifying your transit via Switzerland. Please complete it, sign it, and bring it back for departure. Passage through Switzerland is therefore no longer prohibited.

- Italy: you will find in attachment, the document which will allow you to continue the rally after the curfew. Please complete it, sign it, and bring it back for departure. You can therefore continue the rally after the curfew. (90% from next Monday the regions that we pass in the race will become "white zone" and therefore there will no longer be a curfew. Already in Liguria there is no longer a curfew) .
- France: we are awaiting the return of the INJEP to France for a possible solution to the curfew. Nothing is certain but can be a last minute solution. We will communicate this information to you if any modifications are validated. If this is not the case, please follow the few covers in force in France.

Our change decisions are mainly linked to the reception of the public during the Grand Départ from Brest. We will be in a better position to welcome you to La Turbie, in much less unpredictable conditions.

As the Covid situation is still present (with a view of improvement), we will keep you regularly informed of any possible changes. The final information will be sent to you by e-mail 2 or 3 weeks before departure.
In any case, no modification will be approved at the circuit, and the departure date remains fixed.
