Your brain grows when it struggles — not when it wins.

During challenge, the brain releases BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor), a growth molecule that strengthens neural connections. Easy practice doesn’t trigger it — effort does. The discomfort you feel during learning is literally your neurons building new pathways. Struggle = growth signal.

Stretch Drill: Choose one skill slightly above comfort zone. Practice for 15 min focusing on mistakes, not perfection.

Every mental task consumes limited cognitive fuel: glucose and attention. Multitasking burns both faster. When you focus on one thing, you preserve energy and efficiency. The key is strategic recovery: breaks recharge the prefrontal cortex, boosting creativity and control.

Energy Sprint (25 + 5 Rule): Focus 25 minutes, break 5 minutes. Stand, breathe, reset. Repeat 3 cycles.
