Note-taking is an underrated skill. Listen … note-taking isn’t just important for college students, it’s a valuable life skill. Even for you. 📓

Say hi to Richard! 👋🏻

This morning we started to map out Richard using our buyer persona map. We first mapped out demographic attributes like his age, job, income, … Afterward, we looked at his attitude, opinion, and values in the psychographic part. We’re now looking at the behavioral attributes that define Richard and will finish off by taking a look at the needs-based attributes. 🚀

When finished, even though a persona is in fact always work in progress, Richard will be used as a guideline in developing the content strategy of a B2C company. Richard actually represents the ideal customer for the company in question and will help the company to create the right content & identify where their best customers spend time on the internet, so they can be there too. 💻

By visualizing and better understanding their customer segment thanks to the buyer persona map, the company can effectively raise the bar on their marketing efforts. 🏋🏼‍♂️

To give you a more hands-on example of what a good side project looks like, we shortly want to talk your thought a side project that we did for Cartamundi Digital.

🎲 For Cartamundi we launched ‘how much to make a board game’, a tool that solves two of the company’s problems:

1. It generates a new inflow of leads from new audiences like crowdfunding for example.
2. It became way more efficient to give prospects an initial idea of the manufacturing cost of their board game.

This side project is an example of a calculator and is basically meant to help people find out more about the cost of something. Besides calculators side projects can take on different types. Find out the most popular types in our blog post about side project marketing (link in the comments). 💯

We are super eager to share what we lately client-related have been up to. 💯 ⁠

A while ago we namely teamed up with the carsharing platform go Poppy, in order to level up their marketing efforts. 🚀⁠

In the meantime, we've created a marketing strategy, together with the Poppy CMO, we did a buyer persona mapping and selected topics to cover on their socials.⁠

With these pillars, we could start to build the ultimate blueprint for Poppy's content strategy. We made sure Poppy found the right way of telling their stories on their owned platforms. 💬⁠

This digital consultancy led us to online campaigning. We co-create ads, we do the targeting and help with the performance marketing and lead generation of Poppy.⁠

As an extra, our digital campaign managers Pieter Van der Auwera & Josephus Ajibola Ayoola are also doing business and innovation consultancy: giving valuable insights on how to improve the Poppy service, the app and the user interface for the customers. ✅⁠
