A small throwback to last year’s edition. 🔥

Some moments of kanpai’s, amazing bottles, masterclasses, Japanese breweries, food pairings and all the people that made the atmosphere so special.

Sake lovers from everywhere gathered in Antwerp to celebrate craftsmanship, culture and kanpai together and this movie still gives us goosebumps. 🍶🇯🇵🇧🇪

Throwback to one of the highlights of our masterclasses during Belgium Sake Festival 2025.

We had the honour to welcome renowned aroma specialist, top sommelier, master sake blender and award-winning cookbook author for an exclusive 60-minute masterclass.

He showcased his own blending sakes paired alongside a 6-course menu of exploring the world of molecular harmonies and ultimate sake pairings.

One of the most fascinating parts?
His sakes were served at different temperatures — 8°C, 12°C and 16°C each time paired with a different dish, revealing completely new layers of aroma, texture and umami.

60 minutes where sake became pure emotion.
