OPEN CALL: Circus Artists for Klinken Percussie Festival 2026 🤹🏻♀️🤡🎪📢
The Bracket Percussion is delighted to announce the Klinken Percussie Festival on 23 May 2026 at the Blikfabriek (Hoboken, Antwerp). We're looking for circus artists to join us! Two ways to get involved:
1. Perform a 10-minute act with live music
We're seeking circus acts (around 10 minutes) that incorporate live music elements. Percussion is preferred but we are happy to see the diversity of live music input. This is the perfect opportunity to try out new work or have your act professionally filmed in front of a live audience.
2. Spontaneous live collaboration
Love improvisation? We're looking for adventurous circus artists to collaborate with student percussionists and music academy teachers. Come as yourself — we'll pair you up on the day (or beforehand) for spontaneous creative flow!
Please note: we cannot accommodate aerial rigging or aerial equipment requirements.
Please fill in the google forms by the 22nd of March (CET 23:59) and we aim to contact the selected applications by the 29th of March.
