Bangladesh Youth Organization for Skill Development - BYOSD is a Youth-based Non-profitable Organization. It is founded on 25th November 2016 and since then it has been working for the skills development of youth and students. We have organized many sessions, seminars & trainings on various skills and educational topics in different campuses, EMK Center & Bishwa Sahitya Kendra. About

3000 students learned and got training from BYOSD. Since the foundation of BYOSD about 1000 students have been working with us as volunteers. At this time we have 60 active Coordinators.

: To bring the youth of the country to the brink of a brighter future by organizing seminars, workshops, trainings & inter-school/college/varsity competitions on various skills and educational topics so that they can become good entrepreneurs or get good jobs.

রমাদান কারিম 🌙
আলহামদুলিল্লাহ! আজ থেকে শুরু হলো রহমত, মাগফিরাত ও নাজাতের মাস — পবিত্র রমাদান।
রমাদান শুধু রোজা রাখার মাস নয়; এটি আত্মশুদ্ধি, তাকওয়া অর্জন, ধৈর্য শেখা এবং আল্লাহর নৈকট্য লাভের মাস। এই মাসেই নাযিল হয়েছে মহাগ্রন্থ আল-কুরআন।
✨ রমাদানের ফজিলত:
▪️ এই মাসে জান্নাতের দরজা খুলে দেওয়া হয় এবং জাহান্নামের দরজা বন্ধ করা হয়।
▪️ শয়তানকে শৃঙ্খলিত করা হয়।
▪️ একটি নফল ইবাদতের সওয়াব ফরজের সমান, আর একটি ফরজের সওয়াব ৭০ গুণ পর্যন্ত বৃদ্ধি করা হয়।
▪️ লাইলাতুল কদর — হাজার মাসের চেয়েও উত্তম রাত — এই মাসেই রয়েছে।
রমাদান আমাদের শেখায় সংযম, কৃতজ্ঞতা, সহানুভূতি এবং আত্মনিয়ন্ত্রণ। ক্ষুধা ও তৃষ্ণার মাধ্যমে আমরা উপলব্ধি করি অসহায় মানুষের কষ্ট এবং দান-সদকার গুরুত্ব।
চলুন, এ মাসে—
🤲 বেশি বেশি দোয়া করি
📖 কুরআন তিলাওয়াত বৃদ্ধি করি
🕌 সালাত ও তারাবিতে মনোযোগী হই
💛 দান-সদকা ও মানবিক কাজে এগিয়ে আসি

আজকের ক্লাসে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা নিজের পরিচয়, শক্তির জায়গা, আগ্রহ এবং জীবনের মূল মূল্যবোধ (Core Values) নিয়ে গভীরভাবে ভাবার সুযোগ পেয়েছেন।
কারণ—নিজেকে না জানলে ক্যারিয়ার গড়া যায় না, আর নিজের শক্তি না চিনলে সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়াও কঠিন।

আজ রাত পবিত্র শবে বরাত 🌙
মাগফিরাত ও আল্লাহর রহমত লাভের এক বিশেষ সুযোগ।
হাদিসে এসেছে, শাবানের ১৫তম রাতে আল্লাহ তাআলা তাঁর সৃষ্টির প্রতি বিশেষ দৃষ্টি দেন এবং মুশরিক ও বিদ্বেষ পোষণকারী ছাড়া সবাইকে ক্ষমা করে দেন।
(তিরমিজি, ইবনে মাজাহ)
কুরআনে সরাসরি “শবে বরাত” শব্দ না থাকলেও, অনেক আলেম সূরা দুখানের “লাইলাতুম মুবারাকা” (বরকতময় রাত) এর সাথে এই রাতের ফজিলতের সম্পর্ক উল্লেখ করেছেন। এ রাতে আল্লাহ তাআলার কাছে বান্দার ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা ও দোয়ার প্রতি বিশেষ গুরুত্ব রয়েছে।
✨ এই রাতের ফজিলত সংক্ষেপে:
▪️ আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে ব্যাপক ক্ষমা ও রহমত বর্ষিত হয়
▪️ তওবা ও ইস্তিগফারের উত্তম সময়
▪️ বান্দার আমল ও দোয়া কবুল হওয়ার আশা বেশি
🤲 শবে বরাতের করণীয় আমল (সুন্নাহসম্মত):
▪️ বেশি বেশি ইস্তিগফার ও তওবা করা
▪️ নফল নামাজ আদায় করা (নিজ নিজ সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী)
▪️ কুরআন তিলাওয়াত করা
▪️ নিজের জন্য, পরিবার ও উম্মাহর জন্য দোয়া করা
▪️ পরদিন অর্থাৎ ১৫ শাবান নফল রোজা রাখা (হাদিস দ্বারা প্রমাণিত)
❌ যেগুলো থেকে বিরত থাকা উচিত:
▪️ বিদআতপূর্ণ আমল (নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যা বা পদ্ধতি বেঁধে ইবাদত করা)
▪️ আতশবাজি, অনর্থক আড্ডা ও গুনাহের কাজ
▪️ শিরক, হিংসা ও বিদ্বেষ পোষণ করে থাকা
এই রাত হোক আমাদের জীবনের ভুল থেকে ফিরে আসার, আল্লাহর নৈকট্য অর্জনের একটি নতুন সূচনা।
🤍 আল্লাহ আমাদের সবাইকে এই রাতের ফজিলত লাভ করার তাওফিক দান করুন। আমিন।

বাংলাদেশের তরুণদের স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট ও নেতৃত্ব গঠনের লক্ষ্যে Bangladesh Youth Organization for Skill Development (BYOSD) নিরলসভাবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এই যাত্রাকে আরও সুসংগঠিত ও কার্যকর করতে আমরা আমাদের টিম স্ট্রাকচার শক্তিশালী করছি।
এরই ধারাবাহিকতায় আমরা আনন্দের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে, BYOSD-এর Coordinator আইডি কার্ড শুধুমাত্র BYOSD-এর অনুমোদিত ও দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত Coordinators-দের জন্য প্রদান করা হলো, যা তাদের পরিচয়, দায়িত্ব ও সংগঠনের সাথে অফিসিয়াল সম্পৃক্ততার প্রমাণ বহন করবে।
এই আইডি কার্ডের মাধ্যমে Coordinators-রা BYOSD-এর পক্ষ থেকে বিভিন্ন যুব উন্নয়ন কার্যক্রম, প্রশিক্ষণ, সচেতনতামূলক প্রোগ্রাম ও সামাজিক উদ্যোগে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করবেন। একইসাথে, এটি স্বচ্ছতা, জবাবদিহিতা ও পেশাদারিত্ব নিশ্চিত করার একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপ।

HWPL Global 03 Branch hosts a peace project idea contest to promote a culture of peace in Bangladesh.
I hope that many politicians, religious leaders, educators, students, youth organizations, and women's organizations work to establish a culture of peace and pass on a peaceful Bangladesh to ourselves and our future generations.
