বাংলাদেশে এখনো খুব একটা আন্তর্জাতিক মানের ফুটবল একাডেমি নেই। এমনকি বেশিরভাগ ক্লাবেরও নিজস্ব একাডেমি নেই। সম্প্রতি বসুন্ধরা কিংস একাডেমি কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে। আশা করি, ভবিষ্যতে অন্য ক্লাবগুলোও ধীরে ধীরে একাডেমি গড়ে তুলবে।

তবে এর মাঝেও বাংলাদেশে এমন অনেক নিবেদিতপ্রাণ স্থানীয় কোচ আছেন, যারা নিজেদের সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী, অনেক সময় না খেয়ে-না খেয়ে, সম্পূর্ণ নিজ উদ্যোগে ফুটবলার তৈরি করে যাচ্ছেন। ❤️⚽

তারা হয়তো বড় কোনো ক্লাবের সঙ্গে কাজ করেন না, তাদের হাতে বড় বাজেট নেই, নেই আধুনিক সুযোগ-সুবিধা। কিন্তু দেশের ফুটবলের প্রতি ভালোবাসা থেকেই তারা দিনের পর দিন কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন।
