Our kits distribution process has been finished successfully. Thanks to all participants, who have been already collected their kits in time and 6:00 am is the reporting time only for them. Please remember that the starting time of the both category(10.1 & 21.1 km) is only 6:30 am (sharp).

আমাদের কিট বিতরণ প্রক্রিয়া সফলভাবে শেষ হয়েছে। সমস্ত অংশগ্রহণকারীদের ধন্যবাদ, যারা ইতিমধ্যে সময় মতো তাদের কিট সংগ্রহ করেছেন এবং সকাল ৬ঃ০০ টা কেবল তাদের জন্য প্রতিবেদনের সময়। অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে উভয় বিভাগের (১০.১ এবং ২১.১ কিমি) শুরুর সময়টি সকাল ৬ঃ৩০ টা।

Dear Runners...
Just few hours to go. Please read the instruction carefully.

Administrative matters:

1. The location of the run is Hatirjheel, Dhaka. The start and end point for 10.1KM and 21.1KM are in front of the Hatirjheel Amphitheater. Please see attached map in the post for route and hydration points (HP)
2. Reporting time is 6:00 am; registration needs to be completed before 6:20 am.
3. Reporting point is in front of the Hatirjheel Amphitheater.
3. The run will start at 6:30 am (Sharp)
4. To be eligible for medal and certificate, each runner must
(a) Collect wristband (1 for 10.1KM, 2 for 21.1KM) which will
be provided in track.
(b) Finish the run within cutoff time.
(90 minutes for 10.1KM; 180 minutes for 21.1KM)
(c) Finishing stamp in BIB.

Grounds for disqualification:

a. Not wearing the official T-shirt and BIB during the run
b. Tearing the wristbands before finishing the run
c. Not following instructions or arguing with any organizer, volunteer or other participant
d. Not staying inside the Hatirjheel Expressway
e. Any attempt to take a shortcut
f. Using any mode of transports
g. Exchange or transfer of BIB and/or wristbands

Prizes:

1. Participants finishing within the cutoff time will receive medals and certificates provided that they have all the wristbands and stamp on BIB.
2. Top 3 runners in male and 1 runner in female categories will be rewarded.
21.1 KM:
1st (Male)- BDT 5000; 1st Runner up (Male)- BDT 3000; 2nd Runner up (Male)- BDT 2000; 1st (Female)- BDT 3000.
10.1 KM:
1st (Male)- BDT 3000; 1st Runner up (Male)- BDT 1500; 2nd Runner up (Male)- BDT 1000; 1st (Female)- BDT 1500.

Kit Collect:

You have to come in our office to collect your KIT Bag.
Time: 25th & 26th December. 9:00AM to 8:00PM.

Kit distribution will start from 25th december to 26th december. You can collect your kit from our booth on race day. But you have to come on 5:30 AM.
