What a photo! Nerves on race day combined with your first ever event can cause some unexpected stress and panic can set in. Congratulations to our new athlete Upasana who would not accept the ride back to shore, and muscled in and got it done. An incredible surf life saver saw her through to last portion paddling along until her feet were on the shore. Thank you Surf Life Saving North Queensland Yungaburra Triathlon
