The Restaurant & Foodservice Show 2026 was a big one for the team, with multiple exhibition spaces delivered across the venue, all with different layouts, products, and goals.

What people don’t always see is everything happening behind the scenes during bump in. While exhibitors are organising stock, staffing, AV testing, and final setup touches, our team is simultaneously building stands, installing signage and lighting, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every detail comes together on time.

It’s a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts, which makes watching the team stay calm, communicate, and consistently deliver such a high standard even more impressive.

By show open, visitors see polished stands, incredible brands, and a buzzing exhibition hall. What they don’t see is the amount of teamwork, experience, and coordination it takes to make every space ready for that moment.

A few weeks ago, Christian hosted his annual fundraiser night in support of Variety – the Children’s Charity — and the support shown by his community was incredible.

Thanks to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, bid, or supported the night in any way, $14,475 was raised on the evening, ontop of vehicle sponsorship pledges.

Most importantly, these funds will help support children and families across NSW and the ACT who need it most.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make the night what it was. The support around this event each year is something genuinely special to see.

There’s still opportunity for businesses to get involved through vehicle sponsorships, with logo placements available from $1,000.
