Our recent Christmas Concert. 150 happy people entertained by the popular Terry Scott. Morning tea, concert, 2 course lunch, lots of prizes for just $25. Be on the lookout for our 2026 concert programme.

The historic Shire Clerk’s Cottage is managed by not-for-profit Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre. It is currently being painted. Sadly 2 ladders belonging our local painters were stolen over the weekend.
We have the perpetrators on our CCTV and will take further action unless the ladders are returned.
It is a sad day when people choose to steal from organisations whose role is to serve the community.

Remember Wickety Wak? Their shows were exceptional. Well now you can see one of the group, ROBBIE ROSENLUND in Wynnum on TUESDAY, 9th SEPTEMBER at WaterlooBay LeisureCentre Wynnum.
Come help us celebrate our 47th birthday.
Morning tea will be served at 9.30am, concert will follow, with lucky door prizes, raffles and lots of fun. Then you will be served a two-course hot lunch.

We have received a request from a local member of our community who is in need of a regular gardener to mow their lawn and do some spraying. They are able to pay. They are located in Manly West. Who doesn’t love a good Devonshire Tea? Well if you want the best Wynnum has to offer, get yourself down to the SHIRE CLERK'S COTTAGE SPRING FAIR this Saturday. We will be serving delicious freshly baked scones on the historic cottage verandah. There will also be over 70 market stalls selling delightful handmade wares, and our talented artists will be offering beautiful paintings for sale as well. Market runs from 8am till 1pm. Devonshire Teas available 9am till midday.
