Thanks to all the students, families and friends who have celebrated some amazing milestones in our facility this year. Holding up to 1200 people, our venue is the perfect space for all the end of year events!

Currently in accordance with our COVID-19 Safe Plan and safety guidelines our Main Auditorium can hold 334 people and our Mini Auditorium can hold 69 people.

CARPARKING: When you’ve got family and friends or you’re travelling from far away, it’s hard to beat the convenience of driving to your destination. Unique to this centre is a flat, 300-car parking facility, (including five disabled bays) with direct access to the Centre, with an option for further parking on the oval pending weather.
CAFE & CATERING: We want to provide catering that is just right for your event – that enhances the overall experience for your attendees. We understand great food and beverages are key to a successful event. Your event planner will work with you to recommend the best product, taking into account information about your event, expected attendees and demographics; along with our experience and knowledge of the venue.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT: Our team of technology professionals will work closely with you and your staff to ensure we deliver all your IT expectations. Whether services are needed from a few attendees or hundreds, rest assured, Suncoast Events Centre will execute the technology services for your event with ease.
MAIN AUDITORIUM: The Main Auditorium, seating up to 1200 people, has seen a variety of different events from orchestras and rock concerts to stage productions and conferences. The auditorium is equipped with a full PA system, including onstage fold back capabilities, intelligent stage lighting, a full multimedia system and 2 large side screen projectors. We also offer a team of highly experienced personnel to work alongside you in using this equipment. Our large stage and backstage area is fully equipped for productions, concerts and conferences, including a side stage green room for performers and extra green rooms down stairs. The Main Auditorium has direct access to male and female toilets, as well as a disabled bathroom. As well as this, it has direct access to the Mother’s Feeding Room and the ‘onlooker’ Parent’s Room.
MINI AUDITORIUM: The Mini Auditorium, seating 250 people, is our most versatile space. From corporate meetings to birthday celebrations, the Mini Auditorium space can be manipulated for any type of event. Offering a PA system, multimedia and centre screen projector, the Mini Auditorium has been used for many functions, such as: Business Meetings, Movie Screenings, Band Gigs, Birthday Parties, small conferences and many others. The Mini Auditorium runs off the Bean at the Chapel Café and is often utilised for functions that also requires catering.
