Mark Langlands on this day we wish you Happy Heavenly 43rd birthday. You had 37 years 10 months and 20 days, 7 hrs and 55 minutes earth side and now 5 years 1 month and 11 days spirit side. Its’s your 6 th birthday in Heaven and it doesn’t get any easier. Nanny Dot and Poppy Brian will spoil you and surround you with love as will those who have joined you.
It has been a tough day and we hope that you will send all of us signs.

Mark from your birth we smiled, laughed, cried and now reminisce about you and your antics. We Love you, we miss your smiling face and sometimes there are no words. You will often hear us say F**k cancer as your life was taken way to soon. Currently probably on a daily basis.

Remember please everyone hold your loved ones tight, tell them how much you love them and make every day count by making amazing memories. You never know what will happen in the future.

Try to always end the day with a positive thought. No matter how hard things are, tomorrow is a new day, make it count as Mark would say there is always someone in a worse position.

Live love laugh as this is what he would want to happen .
Happy Heavenly birthday Mark hope you are surfing as it is freezing and raining often or are they tears here, today the sun is out as you always said no rain in your birthday maybe you are shooting – this we can do to honor you and your memory, or have a drink or two. Still very important Mark Langlands would say:
I think I might of found the keys to happiness.
As many of you are aware I’ve been on a pretty crazy roller coaster. Many people have ask how do remain positive in such a s**tty situation.
Given I have a little bit more free time then most I’ve taken some time to think this through.
Below are what I believe to be keys to happiness.
1. Understand and accept the situation that you are in.
If you’re not happy with the cards that are dealt actively change them.
2. Find your passion that burns deep inside of you then go for it. I have found mine, my son and my guns.
3. Find inner happiness first otherwise you are miserable.
4. Hold yourself accountable for your actions. If you find someone in life make sure that they hold you accountable and you them.
5. Understand what you can and can’t control in your life and focus on what you can control. Please forget the other stuff as you are worried and you can’t do anything about it.
6. Embrace the suck of life. It makes the good times even better so enjoy the adventures.
7. Never ever f**ken quit. No matter how hard it is. You will regret it later in life
8. Work will always be there. Family will not. They are precious I love my amazing son Sebastian Brian Langlands
9. Always drink good whiskey
10. F**k what everybody thinks they’re gunna talk about you behind your back either way. Make it good story.
11. This is too me probably the most important point. There is always, always someone in a worst situation then you. So suck it up, put your big girl pants on and keep moving.
12. Have a sense of humor. Even when facing the reaper s**t it is still funny. Always laugh at the stupid things you do cause others may not. Learn from it I laugh often.
13. If you never ask the answer is always NO
14. You get what you get and don’t get upset
15. Always be early. If you are early, you’re on time. If you’re on time you’re late. If you’re late don’t bother or you better have a bloody good reason.
16. The only person stopping you in life is you. You can do it.
17. If you never try you'll never never know what you are capable of.
18. There is no failure, you either win or you learn" and what a great lesson for life. Enjoy the ride.
19. Always find a positive in every situation. I did .
20. Sometimes you will have to Risk it for the reward or biscuit. Sometimes it works other times it doesn’t.
21. Never regret a day in your life, Good days your happy, Bad days you gain experience, Worse days gives you life’s lessons, But the best days give you memories which last a lifetime. I have made amazing memories.
22. Things happen for a reason questioning will not always bring the answers or what you want.
23. Always be able to Justify your position with facts. Facts don’t care about your funckin feelings.
24. Try to always look at both sides of the coin.
25. If you can honestly face yourself in the mirror then you’ve done nothing wrong. Don’t have any guilt.
26. You’re stronger then you think you are.
27. Life is not fair. It never has been and never will be. Get use to it and stop pretending. Life is too short.
28. Playing the victim gets you know where in life well except in a……………………. Blank.
29. If you know beyond any doubt you are right back yourself 100% .
30. If you are wrong admit it and move on but I have to say I am never wrong as even when I am wrong I am sure I am right.
