5k Funrun
Long Aqua: 900m swim + 7km run
Short Aqua: 400m swim + 3km run
Mini Aqua: 200m swim + 2km run
Kids Aqua: 120m/200m + 2km. 6 - 12 years

Solo or tag team (one swims and one runs0

Held at picture perfect Wollongong Harbour, a little over an hour south of Sydney, surrounded by cafes, vibrant city, the boat harbour and beaches. Aquathon is more than a sporting event- it's a fun morning where the local community and hundreds of visitors share in a fun event, support charity, get fit and have a laugh.

The MMJ Real Estate 2026 Aquathon record breaking 26th edition may have come and gone but we look back with huge smiles at the 1000's of images and video's of the event it was! To our thousands of stars - participants, sponsors, volunteers and huge crowd of supporters we say THANK YOU again. With a crowd of over 5,000 either taking part or supporting it was one for the ages. 100+ amazing volunteers, $15,000+ donated or raised for charity and supporting groups, 1000's of amazing memories created- we can't thank you enough and wait to do it again for the 27th edition on 26th January 2027.
