I'd say the locals got a big surprise!

... and look who turned up at our community event at Gerringong Library the other day! You never know who you'll bump into at the library 😉 We had to explain to Jacinda that we didn't have a copy of her new book handy because it's out on loan - you should see the number of people on the reservations list! She seemed happy with that.

Aunty Trish is bloody amazing. Were you at this event?

For Aunty Trish Levett, the term ngununggula - 'walking and working together' - sums up the spirit of Survival Day. Held for the third year on Monday, January 26, Survival Day at Sandon Point, Dharawal country, was an event for Indigenous and non-Indigenous residents alike to come together.
