🦪22 significant female Australian artists
🦪Cross generational
🦪Feminism
🦪Surrealism
🦪All mediums

As an emerging artist, I enjoy making my art but often wonder why. I'm clearly passionate about my experience as a mother and would love to express this through my art but struggle with how to do that.

If you feel the same then this exhibition will be so inspiring for you!

School holiday fun! Loved seeing my little buddy enjoy wheel throwing as much as his mum.

I started when I was 10 so this is amazing that he can experiment at 6.

Express posted to this afternoon! All will be revealed on 15-16 July, if you buy one of my artworks... for only $100! Even better, all proceeds go to artists with disabilities!

This will be my 3️⃣rd exhibition this year and one I couldn't miss, being a mother of a child with disabilities. My boy is creative like his Mumma and I hope more programs like are available in the future.

I'd like to enter at least one more event this year. Any fun suggestions?? 😃

Two years ago, I had two artworks that were perfect to enter in but COVID cancelled that opportunity (thankfully, those artworks were sold in the Art for Floods Fundraiser). This year, I had two artworks available to enter in the show and one managed to find its owner at tonight's opening!

I'm so glad I could finally participate in this fabulous show. I even bought a coastline mini by 🔴

"Cockatoo Island" has found its owners at the 50th festival!

I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely couple that purchased my artwork. They recently stayed at this spot in Sydney Harbour to celebrate his birthday. They loved my photo transfer technique, as it reminded him of his work as a draftsman. His wife, a fellow artist, bought it as a gift for his birthday and a remembrance of their time celebrating together.

This weekend, I have two more artworks in that I hope will find their owners also.

Shout out to my friend, Lucy, who encouraged me to enter this festival. xx

Capturing little finger and foot prints forever in clay. 👣

Did you know I majored in ceramics at uni? It's a wonderful yet complex medium. I'm hoping to buy a wheel this year for home but for now I am teaching 2:1 wheel throwing classes

This is a special little project I've had the pleasure to create. So grateful this lovely mother reached out for help. I love helping and connecting with my local community. What an absolute delight this has been in my week.

If there is something creative you would like made, I would love to make it!

I neglected my creativity during the hardest time in my life, undervaluing it as a priority, and I BURNT OUT, felt POWERLESS and LOST.

Luckily, a good friend encouraged me to get back to my creativity and the results were AMAZING.

Now I want to share this with you.

This Saturday, 19 Nov, I'm having a small creative mother's circle at my home in East Corrimal from 11-2pm.

We will reflect on our intuition in motherhood and apply this to create our art.

I will provide a range of materials (including clay) as well as lunch and tea for $90.

If you would like to secure a cushion, send me a DM to let me know.

I hope to see you this weekend! x

Sometimes all it takes is a spark to reignite the creativity in us.

"I just bought air-dry clay and paints from Kmart. The kids love it too! And I'm throwing myself a fun, themed bday party that I've crafted all the decorations for! All this from making that little clay goddess." 💛

It's this easy.

If you'd like to come to my final creative mother's circle this year, I have space for you.

DM me for booking details.
