When Priscilla dropped in ‘94, it took things Australia liked to keep quiet—glitter, joy, self-expression and q***r love—and drove it straight into the desert.

32 years later, it’s just as sharp. This is a film that knows who it’s delighting, and who it’s provoking—and takes giddy delight in doing both.

Congratulations to Margie Gleeson for being awarded an OAM in today's Kings Birthday Honours List. We feel the love and inspiration in the Theatre AND around a meeting table. This glorious collection of committed local community members, who are proud to be a part of our Ambassador Group, are leaning in to help in the lead up to celebrating our 30th birthday in 2027. There are databases, and there are discussions of the impact this small yet mighty company has had - yet mainly there's a sharing of a commitment to this important local cultural asset.
