Spier & Wright Whisky Merchants will be serving an amazing array of drinks in The Dancing Cooper Tavern this weekend.

Full whisky bar featuring over 60 rare, unusual, odd but downright drinkable single malt whiskies.

The lads will also be pouring sparkling, rose, red and white wines from Sfera and Wangollina.

Did I hear you say beer? We will be pouring Scotland's finest: Innis And Gunn.

Mixology? Come on in, G & T's made with gin from North Uist in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland, an Old Fashioned classic cocktail featuring the Bourbons from Willet and of course the finest Scotch and Soda's in the business.

This Long Weekend, the good folk of Empire Liquor shall be setting up our tavern in The Dancing Cooper at the Winter Medieval & Folk Fair!

Journey forth and quench thy thirst with a noble selection of authentic English ales, all brewed in England and imported direct from the motherland. No imitations, no pretenders – just genuine ales crafted in the centuries-old traditions of Britain's finest breweries.

Whether thou favourest Ale, Porter, or a rich and flavourful Stout fit for kings, knights and wandering minstrels alike, our bar shall have something worthy of thy tankard.

The Armour and Alchemy Costume Competition
Come dressed in your finest medieval, your wildest Viking, or your magical best.
Adult First prize of $100 to spend at the fair with the Merchant of your choice.
Kids First prize $50 at the fair with the Merchant of your choice.
