Held on Saturday the 17th of April, 2021 we have the Silverstring Outlaws and Jake Sinclair on stage from 7pm. The ball is located on Three Chain Road, Winninndoo. The paddock gates open at 1pm and the ball kicks off at 7pm. Included in your ticket price is a stubby holder, sticker, sheep tag, condom, roast roll dinner, egg and bacon sandwich breakfast, admission to the ball and a 10 tag drink wri

We are aware of the information currently circulating regarding an incident at the Heyfield Lumberjacks B&S Ball on Saturday 15th November.

Our thoughts are with the young woman involved. We are deeply saddened that this has occurred.

The Heyfield Lumberjacks B&S Ball committee has been working with Victoria Police and will continue to assist with any information required.

As a not-for-profit community event, our aim has always been to provide a safe environment while raising funds for our local community. It is heartbreaking that this has happened in our first year back.

We thank the 99.5% of attendees who did the right thing and followed the rules.

If anyone has any information that may assist police, we encourage you to contact Victoria police or crime stoppers.

What an incredible weekend! A massive thank you to everyone who came along to the Heyfield Lumberjacks B&S Ball — you showed up, you partied hard, and the majority of you did a great job following the rules and keeping the event safe and fun for all. 🙌🔥

A huge shout-out to our amazing volunteers from the Toongabbie cricket club in the bar, Winnindoo CFA, Hellen Hopner and her crew from the Variety Bash and our amazing merch tent volunteers! We couldn’t do any of it without the dedication from you all.

Thank you to Fitzpatricks Entertainment for the amazing music that kept the party going! Our bands Gecko, Three Chain Road and Silverstring Outlaws, use the were all outstanding! 🥁 🎸

And of course, a massive thank you to Hoopers Farms for the use of their land — your support means the world to our community and this event. 🌾💛

We’re already excited to start planning next year’s B&S Ball, and trust us… it’s going to be even BIGGER. 🎉
