Row for the Stars On Saturday 2nd of July, we are rowing for the Starlight Foundation. It is going to be a fun-filled afternoon at CrossFit Proficient.

Each team will be rowing a total of 42.5km and raising money for the kids at the same time!

ROW FOR THE STARS is BACK for 2026! ✨

This year we are coming back bigger and better for our annual charity event supporting the Starlight Foundation 🫶

For those who are new here, teams of 4 will take on the challenge of rowing an entire marathon together...

That’s 42.5km on the rower! 🚣

Each team’s goal is to raise as much money as possible for the Starlight Foundation to help bring happiness to seriously ill children and their families.

There will be prizes for:
🏆 Highest fundraising team
🏆 Fastest team on the day

This event is always one of the best days on our CFP calendar and a reminder of how powerful our community can be when we come together for a great cause.

Saturday afternoon we came together as a community to raise money for the Starlight Foundation, and we are very proud of everyone's efforts.

We have 5 teams of 4 who rowed a marathon which, is 42.5km!

We raised a total of $1,676.00 🥳🥳

The team who raised the most was The Girls & Michael with $320.00.

The Row Bros came in first and rowed 10 mins faster than last year.

This year we had a new award The Starlight Award, this award was given to Chris for her outstanding efforts and being an overall star!

This afternoon had such an amazing buzz at the gym.

We are so proud of our community of their efforts.

This afternoon we had 5 teams come together and row a marathon. For those who don’t know it’s 42.5km.

We raised a total amount of $2,741 for the Starlight Children's Foundation Australia!!

OARSOME FOURSOME raised the most of $618, how fantastic is that!

Without our sponsors this wouldn’t be such an amazing event, we would like to thank you all for todays support!
