Alongside our spirits you’ll now find a small but beautiful range of regional pantry goods — the kind of things that belong on a good table.

Our zero-waste Gin Jam is made from the botanicals and fruit left after distillation, turning what would otherwise be waste into something delicious. We’ve also created our savoury Gin Salt, perfect for cooking, finishing dishes or ri***ng a G&T.

Around these you’ll find a carefully chosen selection of locally sourced jams, olive oil, honey and beeswax candles, celebrating the flavours and makers of the Flinders Ranges and beyond.

Pop into the distillery and take a little piece of the local pantry home with you. 🌾
