The New Zealand Masters Athletics 2025 Oceania Postal Throws Pentathlon Challenge is back, and it’s completely FREE to enter. No travel costs, no hassle, just compete locally, send in your results, and be part of a area-wide event. 🏆

34 Masters-aged athletes (30+) took to the track, field, and road at the 2025 Pacific Mini Games. The group brought home 27 medals and broke five national records across various events, and many set new personal bests, showing there is no slowing down.

🏆 Norfolk Island Athletes Shine in 2025 Oceania Masters Virtual Champs! 🇳🇫

Norfolk Island was proudly represented in the 2025 Oceania Masters Athletics Virtual Championships, with a dedicated team of locals achieving incredible results across track and field.

From sprints to throws, our Masters athletes (30+) took full advantage of the inclusive virtual format — submitting official results from home and bringing home multiple 1st place finishes and personal bests. 💪

🌟 Standout Results:
• Jenny Donaldson (W70–74) – 1st in 60m
• Douglas Donaldson (M30–34) – 1st in 3000m
• Candice Nobbs (W45–49) – 1st in 3000m & Long Jump
• Shannara Grambeau (W40–44) – 1st in Javelin & Discus, 4th Shot Put
• Kath King (W45–49) – 1st in Javelin & Discus, 2nd Shot Put
• Rose Evans (W55–59) – 1st in Javelin & Discus, 2nd Shot Put
• Tim Rogers (M50–54) – 5th in Shot Put
• Max Enfield (M80–84) – Strong efforts in all throws (non-representative category)
