🌟 EVENT UPDATE 🌟

Hey Mud-stars!

Since the start of the year we’ve been working hard on plans to bring everyone’s favourite mud-run back to the Swan Valley, just like we enjoyed in the good old pre-COVID days.

Over the past few months it has become increasingly apparent that with the ongoing uncertainty swirling around COVID restrictions and potential lockdowns, delivering the full event and a great participant experience would be extremely challenging.

Sadly, we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone the Swan Valley Mudfest for 2021. While this is not the outcome any of us wanted, it was ultimately the only responsible choice we could make, taking into account community safety and sound business practices.

We will take this time out to plan to bring a bigger and better event back in 2022….once we have a clearer idea on what the new future looks like for mass participation events. In the meantime stay safe and we’ll keep you in the loop as plans come together for next year!

Here is ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW before the big day on Sunday:

🏃‍♂️ Parking will be located at Belvior Estate on the left hand side of the paddock. Parking marshals will be there on the day to help you out.
🏃‍♂️ Please arrive 30 MINUTES BEFORE your wave time
🏃‍♂️ There will be a valuables tent located on either side of the Event Hub. Drop off will be located on the "IN" side and pick up will be located on the "OUT" side. This is for your keys, phones and wallets, please no towels, bags or spare clothes.
🏃‍♂️ There will be a HOSE DOWN station at the finish line

Remember to bring:

✔️ Your confirmation email - either printed or displayed on your phone
✔️ Clean clothes and a towel after your wash down
✔️ A gold coin donation for the valuables drop and parking
✔️ A water bottle to bring on course
✔️ Some snacks in case you get hungry

Finally, please be aware of our 2020 Event Changes:

💥 There will be an "IN" and "OUT" section of the hub
💥 Toilets will be located on either side of the hub
💥 This will be a CASHLESS event - on the day registrations will be paid electronically
💥 There will be NO food vendors or spectator spots available
💥 You can only hang around the Event Hub for 1 HOUR AFTER your run

RETURNING FAVOURITES - #4 MT KOZ-IT-HURTS-THOUGH

Probably not one of your favourites... but definitely one of ours! The beautiful hill positioned right near the end of the course is back! It's so steep that even looking up at the top hurts your thighs 🤭
