🎶 Out now Brooke Seabrook’s brand new single “Took My Town Away”

Today is a very special day for our 2026 Thornton Young Award winner, Brooke Seabrook Music, with the official release of her new single “Took My Town Away.”

Created by Lindsay Waddington Music, with the valued backing and partnership of the CMAA - Country Music Association of Australia, the Thornton Young Award was established to support Australian bush and heritage artists and encourage songs that reflect the spirit and essence of Australia.

Brooke is the third winner of the award, following Paul Ricketts and William Alexander, and her new single is a heartfelt song about watching your hometown change and feeling the loss of the place you once knew.

Congratulations Brooke, we’re incredibly proud to see “Took My Town Away” released today. 💛
