DouDouLe is excited to introduce in 2025 Salsa Dance Battle 101 and Bachata Knockout 202 which allows competitors to demonstrate their skills in spontaneous social dancing
Registrations OPEN NOW: Maximum of 16 competitors in competing in Salas and 16 couples competing in Bachata.

Event: DouDouLe Salsa Dance Battle 101 and Bachata Knockout 202
Venue: Twin Towns Clubs & Resorts, Tweed Heads (The Stars room)
Date: Saturday 30th August 2025 (within the DouDouLe Latin Dance Festival) at 15:00.
Styles: Salsa dancers battle against one another one on one. Bachata dancers battle couple against couple. Dancers may compete in one or both styles.
Judging panel: All rounds will be judged by DouDouLe’s 2025 international artists - Terry & Cecile, Jorge & Indira, Demetrio & Kenza and W***y & Noura. These artists conduct workshops and headline the festival, so they’ll also form the judging panel (three international judges for heats and semi‑finals, five international judges for finals).
