Stall Holder Expression of Interest Form

Do you want to join us this year?

We have 3 Twilight Markets planned and applications are open for all event dates.

Saturday 15th August 2026
Saturday 24th October 2026
Saturday 12th December 2026

Toowoomba Showgrounds: 3pm - 8pm
Founders Pavilion

Please submit your Expression of Interest and fill out all areas, so that we can process your application.

Please note that there are product duplication restrictions in place at these markets - please do not leave applying to the last minute, as we may have already closed applications for specific products. We will share in the stall holder group once this occurs.

Applications are processed on a fortnightly basis until one week before bookings close.

Bookings for each market close 1 month before the Market with site layouts etc finalised 2 weeks before the markets - sorry we cannot extend the closing date.

Site fees are payable via our trybooking event link: please do not pay any $ to any bank accounts or send information to other online profiles.

Scammers are constantly online and trying to get your money by saying they are the stall manager/event manager.

We will never comment or message you from any other profile than our business page. We don’t use our personal profiles to post, comment or message.

The Makers Markets - Toowoomba apologises to everyone who came out to the showgrounds to support our Market and Local Handmade businesses this afternoon.

We were made aware late this afternoon that the incorrect details were published by The Chronicle in an article about Things to Do this weekend.

We have sent a message to The Chronicle to ask about the inclusion of incorrect information. We will discuss this further to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Yes we are back again however not until later this year. Our Launch Market is 15th August and we’d love to see everyone support local handmaide businesses, creators and bakers at our 3 Twilight Markets this year.

Our Launch event isnt until August, we apologise for the inconvenience with delaying the launch.

All booked site holders were updated last month and FB promos updated to the new date.

If you’ve seen other promos online, please let us know so we can ensure it doesnt happen again.

The website dates were taken down as they were incorrect and were based on the original markets owners booked dates. We’ve made changes since taking ownership. Thanks everyone.

WARNING - SCAMMERS!

Just a reminder we will never comment using any personal profiles with any EOI links, payment links or advertising on the FB page, online events or any community groups.

We only use the business page.

Please don’t pay anyone any $ and don’t message random personal profiles.

Our Expression of Interest form can be found on the website.

We are constantly having to block SCAMMERS - if you see any that we miss, please let us know. We try to be proactive however can’t be online all the time.

Trybooking is the only link for bookings and our Google Form for submitting EOI. No bank account details for payments is provided. Trybooking link is only found in your approval email or our stall holder group - it won’t be sent to you via a personal profile via Facebook.

If you aren’t comfortable booking online - You can book at the Twilight markets for future markets and thats by cash or card and in person. Sorry no payments on the day for site fees.

Stall Holder Expression of Interest Update!

95% of EOI which have been received have been processed.

The only EOI category we havent processed - Coffee and Food vendors.

Earrings/Jewellery Stalls will also take longer to process due to quantity received.

EOI which didnt have links or only one pic. These take longer to process and we hope to action over the weekend or next Friday (depending on how busy Swap is).

If you have submitted your application and haven’t received an email yet - you’ll hear from us within the next week after our roadtrip to the Toowoomba Swap is done.

We are excited to announce that The Makers Markets - Toowoomba has new owners and yes we are back again in 2026!

We are in the process of updating the website with new information including updated dates and expressions of interest forms for stall holders to register with us.

In the meantime, we will post a separate post with this year's Expression of Interest Form and Stall Holders can apply straight away.

Thank you to those who have already submitted their EOI. We will process the first lot later today and again on Thursday. This form was shared in the Stall Holder Group yesterday and we just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing welcome and support!

Just over 3 months until we are back again!

We look forward to seeing everyone at one of the Twilight Markets this year
