When Clark Rival Consoles and Sebastian Mullaert walked off stage at the Brighton Dome last March, it felt more than a show. That one was a true threshold.

Three artists who had never met. Two and a half hours, in-the-round. Music that formed for one night and will never exist again.We weren’t expecting any of it to outlive the room, but we were lucky enough ot have Ableton filming the whole experience. The performance, woven together with conversations from all three artists about what it means to walk on stage with no plan, no rehearsal, and no agreement other than to listen.

Endless thanks again to Clark, Rival Consoles and Sebastian, to David and the entire Brighton Dome crew, to Spencer Rose for the stunning visuals, Debbie, Greg, Robert, Ella and to Ralf and the team at Ableton for putting this movie together with such care.

ONE amazing thing to share with you all…

Ableton came to Sebastian Mullaert's studio and recorded an episode of their ”One Thing series”. The concept is simple; every artist shares one thing they feel is very useful in the studio. This series has been going on for some time and we highly recommend you to check out all of the amazing One Thing recommendations at the Ableton website/yt.

Sebastian’s One Thing recommendation is very simple but insanely useful. He uses it ALL the time in the studio and it has truly changed his way of making music. It’s one of many ways to embody the music also when working with computers and software. It’s a way to move into the energy of the body and put that behind the musical expression.
