We are grateful to have had a donation of some local Kombucha to serve up at this year’s Pocket Winter festival!
At North Wall Brewing Co. they create small batch craft kombucha using raw and unpasteurised products. They flavour their kombucha using whole fruits and root vegetables. North Wall products are living cultures containing healthy bacteria for your gut.

A huge thank you to Kingfishers Bend Farm for supporting the Winter Festival again in 2026. Based in Middle Pocket, Helena and Tyson are passionate about regenerative farming, ethical livestock care, and providing premium pasture-raised Angus and Wagyu beef direct to the local community. With a strong focus on soil health, sustainability, and low-stress animal handling, they are doing incredible work right here in our region.
You can even grab one of their delicious snags from the food tents this year!
