Boogie Festival If you know, you go. Boogie is a boutique camping festival committed to providing diversity in music, arts, booze and food.

We care about the environment and each other, and you...a lot. Our site, provided by the legendary Tallarook local, Bruzzy, is a very special place that allows us to present our magic to our people. The site has great facilities as well as an old school club house that has to be seen, and boogied in, to believe.

In 2014 we had a dream at Love Police. Americana music was starting get some attention. We had toured Gillian Welch, Old Crow Medicine Show, Justin Townes Earle and a bunch of others, and thought, let’s put on a festival to honour the genre and the lifestyle. So we did.
This October, a full decade later, we celebrate 10 years of Out On The Weekend We’ve built a community of believers and we’re gonna take you along for the ride to the wild west of Williamstown.
If you own a western shirt, a cowboy hat, and like a good time… what the f**k are you doing on Saturday October 12 that is better than being at Out On The Weekend.

Celebrate live music locally at the Tallarook Mechanics Institute!

On Saturday October 7, Deadly at the TMI headlined by Dan Sultan will take place in Tallarook.

Deadly at the TMI is a unique opportunity to share and embrace Aboriginal culture. As the sun sets on Taungurung Country, Mick Harding will open the event with a Welcome to Country and a smoking ceremony. Mick will tel stories in soul-stirring songs, sung in Dhagungwurrung language, that celebrate indigenous traditions and pay homage to the land.

Known for his soulful voice, Dan Sultan is a powerful storyteller with a magnetic stage presence.

The support act will be Madi Colville Walker Music, a young up and coming First Nations performer.

The event atmosphere will be one of unity and appreciation as we come together to honour the rich heritage of Australia’s First Peoples.

Dan Sultan ~ Deadly at the TMI on Taungurung Country is supported by the Victorian Government through Music Victoria Live Music for Flood Recovery Program.
