We’re excited to welcome David to our team!

Originally from Auckland, NZ, he moved to Brisbane in February 2024. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in the civil supply industry, having spent 20 of those years in New Zealand working in concrete manufacturing. His expertise spans wastewater, stormwater, and water infrastructure. Over the years he’s held many roles—particularly in business development, account management, sales, and technical support.

Since arriving in Australia, he worked as a Business Development Manager for a precast concrete manufacturer, handling civil product lines and overseeing custom electrical projects across QLD.

On the personal side, he’s married and has two adult daughters (one married, one still at home). Like many Kiwi transplants, he’s here for the warmer weather and loves it. He’s also a passionate rugby league fan (Up the Wahs!) and, fun fact — he used to be a chef in his younger days, so he enjoys cooking in his spare time.

We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the fresh perspective and deep industry experience he brings to the team.

In November 2023, UCS opened its second branch in Brisbane Qld. We are now fully operational and are capable of supplying all major projects throughout the state. We are looking forward to building new relationships and helping to assist with supply of our products into infrastructure projects in QLD.
