Sydney Beer Week 2026 is coming

And we’re calling on venues, breweries, pubs, bars, bottle shops and beer legends across Sydney to get involved.

Firstly — a huge thank you to everyone who has already submitted events. The response so far has been incredible.

We know everyone’s been absolutely flat out, so we’re extending Expressions of Interest until the end of the month.

If you’ve been thinking about running an event but haven’t had time to lock it in yet — jump online and tell us what you’re thinking.

At this stage, we just need the basics so we can help lock in dates, avoid clashes, and make sure your event gets the spotlight it deserves in this year’s calendar. The finer details can come later.

And for everyone who comes along to Sydney Beer Week events each year — this is where the magic starts.

Sydney Beer Week is about discovering new venues, trying incredible beer, meeting great people, supporting local breweries, and creating experiences you simply don’t get every other week of the year.

Without the venues, breweries, staff, reps, brewers and passionate beer community behind it all — there is no Sydney Beer Week. We appreciate every single one of you.

After all the hype around Pint of Origin in Melbourne, let’s show everyone what Sydney has to offer too.

Something big is building for Sydney Beer Week 2026 🍻

Every year, venues and breweries across Sydney create one-off events you won’t see any other time — from collabs and tap takeovers to experiences you just can’t get on a normal weekend.

Well hey Sydney… you might’ve noticed 👀 — we’re BACK.

And this year? We’re bigger.

- 16–25 October 2026
- Two full weekends of events across the city

After last year’s feedback (loud and clear… 7 days just wasn’t enough), we’ve extended the festival so you’ve got even more time to get out, explore venues, and enjoy everything Sydney’s beer scene has to offer.
