Here are your finalized set times for 2024 ⚡️

Featuring an absolutely stacked lineup from start to finish - with Wildcards, to Loods, SWIM & everything in-between, get in early and stay late 🌇🏙️

Important Info:

DOORS will open at 7:00pm and will shut at 8:30pm - all attendees are to enter in by this point!

Exit will start at 12, and from there head down to the Abercrombie for afters - beginning at 12:20. No need to rush down, capacity will hold (and you wouldn’t want to miss the end of SWIM).

No Pass-outs - once you have entered the gates, any exit is final & will require the purchase of another ticket 🎟️

Entrance is through the St Paul’s College front gates - 9 City Road, with ticketing & doors outside the main archway. The perimeter of the event is barricaded & no other means of entry are available 🤝

Alongside our bar & drink selection, food trucks will be present + water stations scattered throughout 💧

Be Respectful! Give each other the space to dance & enjoy the night. Surreal maintains the right to withdraw any attendees from the event - so be a positive contributor from entry till exit 🫶

Introducing your final artist for Surreal 2024: Riggy 🗽

A stalwart of the New Zealand student music scene, Riggy , is ready to export his signature sound across the ditch 🇳🇿✈️🇦🇺

Although equally known for high-octane Drum & Bass, being 1/3 of the collective , at Surreal Riggy will be selecting some groovy, disco inspired house cuts - along with some heaters to set the tone for the night ⛽️

Riggy’s style has come to fore notably in his solo venture, operating - highlighting his passion & talent for curating sound. Be sure to see plenty of this, and more, when Riggy takes to the stage on Wednesday evening 🕺

Introducing: Kai Kawai 🫶

’s infectious groove has seen her frequent top Sydney venues, from Lost Sundays to appearances at the Oxford Art Factory, both solo and as a part of duo JK Rolling 🪄

Along with these Sydney appearances, Kai has played both Lost Paradise, and also at the official afterparty @ LS this year, supporting the likes of DJ Heartstring, Ewan Mcvicar and more 🎪

Kai will be taking to the stage as the sun will be setting over the St. Pauls Quad, so get down to the stage for a boogie, and immerse yourself in some tunes you won’t want to miss!

Introducing: Your Surreal Co-headliner, the one & only SWIM 🫶🫶

Since announcing himself onto the scene in 2020, .pdfs talent has shone in his rise to one of Australia’s finest names in dance music 🎧

Renowned for his trademark euphoric, fast paced style, SWIM’s sound has evinced itself in dance anthems, such as the now near-classic ‘Love,’ (dare we say).

Coming hot off his recent Boiler Room debut, along with standout performances at the likes of Pitch & Beyond the Valley, SWIM is no stranger to a big stage, and will be closing Surreal Sounds for 2024.

Expect some of his notable solo releases, such as ‘Out There,’ ‘U Were Mine,’ and the new ‘Never’ - alongside with a plethora of unreleased edits 🔐

Afters Spotlight: The Abercrombie w/ Slick & Tom Perignon 🌃🌃

Our venue to take us into the early hours of the morning this year is the .sydney. A multi-level club with both an upstairs & downstairs dance space, it provides the perfect spot to keep the movement going 🕺

1/2 of our music for this session, is Slick .wenzel. A Sydney export, now based in Melbourne, Slick has established himself as one to watch - with performances at the likes of Xe54, and at Beyond The Valleys ‘Schmall Klub’ this year.

Slick’s style is diverse, ranging from euphoric cuts to darker club tracks - such as his notable ‘Only You Freestyle Edit’ - as featured on our Surreal Selects playlist. Don’t miss out on Slick this year!

Featuring, too, is . Tom has carved a notable following for his uptempo Tech & Trance edits, reworking club classics with his own distinct twist. Tom’s prowess on the controls matches that of his production, so make sure to get front left for what is sure to be an exciting set…
