Terms and Conditions of Entry
• The “Young, Wild and Free Event (hereinafter referred to as the “EVENT”) is presented by KDLL PTY LTD trading as 4SQ Events (ABN 72 166 301 551) of Suite 109, 1 Burbank Place, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 (hereinafter referred to as the “PROMOTOR”).
• These conditions as set forth in this document govern the supply of all tickets (including any
complimentary tickets) to the Event that are issued by the Promoter, or the Promoter’s authorised agents and or agencies that allows access to where the Event shall be held, including all areas that are under the direct control of the Venue Owner or Hirer (hereinafter referred to as the “VENUE”). If the individual purchasing and or holding a ticket to the EVENT is under the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “YOU”, “YOUR”), you must have permission and or approval by your parent/s and or guardians to purchase the tickets and attend the event. You and Your Parents and or Guardians must read and consent to the conditions as per this terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “CONDITIONS”). Parents and Guardians maybe be required by the promoter (at the promoter’s discretion) to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to you attending the event. You agree to the following conditions and these conditions work in conjunction with the promoters authorised ticket sellers terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “TICKET TERMS”).
• ENTRY: YOU MUST AGREE THAT:
• The event is strictly a 15 – 17 years of age event only. No persons failing to comply with this age criteria will be permitted access to the event and the Promoter has absolute discretion to enforce this condition as the Promoters sees fit to ensure the safety of ticket holders. You will be required to present one acceptable proof of ID prior to gaining entry and these ID may be requested at any point during the Event;
• This Event is strictly an alcohol free, smoke free and drug free event. Tickets holders found in violation of this condition will be immediately removed from the venue and ticket cancelled. Relevant authorities, such the police, may be contact should the need arise; No illicit substances and or drugs can be brought into the Venue;
• You must present a valid ticket to gain access to the event and venue;
• Tickets should be treated like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Damaged and defaced tickets may not be accepted;
• Entry to the Event and Venue and your continued presence at the Event and in the Venue is conditional upon you agreeing to be searched (including your person, bags, clothes or other possessions) by means of a physical search, or a metal detector upon entry and whilst in the Venue;
• Entry to the Event and Venue and your continued presence at the Event and in the Venue is conditional upon you agreeing to be breathalysed on entry and whilst in the Venue. Anyone with a reading higher than 0.0 will be either refused entry and or removed from the Venue;
• Anyone gaining unauthorised entry to the Event and Venue may be liable to prosecution;
• By entering the Event and Venue, you consent to (i) the recording of your likeness and or voice by any means (including but not limited to audio and visual recordings by television cameras and photographers) (together “ images”) and (ii) the commercial exploitation, throughout the world, of your images by any means by the Promoter and it’s commercial partners without compensation
• PROHIBITED ITEMS: YOU AGREE THAT
• For the comfort and safety of patrons, performers and staff, the following items are NOT allowed into the Event and the Venue: alcohol: animals: fi****ms: any items that can be used as a weapon. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual in possession of any item that the promoter, its staff and agents deem dangerous, offensive and or non-compliant with the promoter’s general conditions;
• Prohibited items will be confiscated by the promoter and the promoter accepts no responsibility for the confiscated items. If you have in your possession prohibited items and refuse to surrender such item/s upon request by the promoters, its staff or agents will be refused entry and removed more the Venue;
• No food and drinks may be bought into the Event and Venue.
• CONDUCT: YOU AGREE
• To abide by any terms of entry into the Event and the Venue (as prescribed by the Venue) to the extent those terms of entry do not conflict with these Conditions; and
• Not to do any of the following at the Event or in or around the Venue
• Cause damage to, improperly use, deface or temper with any part of the Venue or public facility or event infrastructure, nor remove or attempt to remove any item from the Event and Venue;
• Throw or attempt to throw any projectiles.
• Use indecent, obscene, racist or discriminatory language or threating or insulting words or otherwise behaving in a manner not in accordance with general decency.
• Crowd surfing, moshing, slam or circle dancing are dangerous and all such activities will not be tolerated
• Changes: The Promoter reserves the right to, cancel, re-schedule, relocate the Event or add, withdraw or substitute artists and or vary advised programs, prices, venues and audience capacity at the Event without notice to you.
• Event Cancelation: If the Event is cancelled by the Promoter for any reason whatsoever, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. The cancelation of any Event will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and refunds will be deposited into the ticket holder’s nominated account within 14 days of cancellation.
• Your Property: The Promoter and the Venue (owners, leasing agents and managers), its staff, agents and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage) to any property bought into the Event and Venue.
• Your Safety: Whilst at the Event and Venue, you must take care to protect your safety and the safety of others. If you feel that at any time you or anyone’s else’s health and safety is threaten, you should contact the nearest security guard or First Aid Office
• General: The words “Young, Wild and Free”, “wyf” and “4SQ” logo and artwork are copy written and cannot be used without the prior consent of the promoter.
