Join LINGUAFEST 2026!
The 2026 theme is "CHANGE" and the signature item is "A MASK"

Students create and submit a 2 minute film in the language they are learning. Somewhere in the film, students need to have the signature item.
Films can be in more than one language other than English.

Registrations are now open for the 2026 MLTA NSW Conference.
The theme of the conference is Clarity, Communication and Connection, taking place on Friday, 29 May 2026, at Rydges Sydney Central.
Internationally renowned expert Dr Gianfranco Conti will be the keynote speaker with diverse lineup of presenters who will share innovative approaches and practical strategies for language teaching and learning.

Conference registration fees:
Members: $230
Non members $300
Pre-service teachers $50

Our MLTA NSW committee members have had a wonderful AFMLTA conference in Adelaide. We are excited to work with AFMLTA to prepare for the 26th AFMLTA Conference in Sydney in 2027.
