From 180+ brilliant food and drink producers, to incredible live demos, conversations and complimentary tastings on The Stage, and glasses clinking with boutique wines, craft spirits and bold cocktails - this weekend was a celebration of incredible food, drink and the people behind it all.

To our incredible exhibitors: thank you for bringing your passion, stories and delicious creations to Sydney. You transformed Carriageworks into a flavour-filled celebration of some of Australia’s most exciting food and drink, and we couldn’t have done it without you. 🧀🍷

All weekend long, The Stage is serving up bold dishes, expert tips, complimentary tastings and delicious inspiration. 👌

🔪🍳 Catch acclaimed pastry chef Christopher Thé from Hearthe bringing Strawberry Watermelon Cake 2.0 to life, George Calombaris serving up his famous Mussels & Mash, and Toby Stansfield from Attenzione Food & Wine creating octopus ragù with handmade tajarin. Wine expert Mike Bennie also joins the line-up, taking you through some exceptional Australian wines. 🍷

🧀 Plus:Pepe Saya ,Bruny Island Cheese Co. & Bruny Island Beer Co., Six-Eyed Scorpion, artisan cheesemakers, passionate producers, fresh buttermilk ricotta, beautifully matured cheeses, bold modern Asian flavours and plenty more deliciousness across the weekend.
