Five years ago today at 11.02pm Rescue 116 launched into the cold darkness of a March night in the service of others. They were not to come home.
Our thoughts tonight are with our four lost heroes, their families, their loved ones & all those affected by their loss.
Real heroes are all around us and very often uncelebrated ! WOD 4 and the final Workout of The Tribal Lockdown was in memory of rescue 116. Today we once again did this workout in memory of Rescue 116 โค๏ธ
Everyday emergency services do the jobs you wouldn't so that you can live the life you live ๐
These people are our real heroes โค
Five years on, five long years, gone, never forgotten.
