Mascot Project | Waterproofing Remediation

We recently completed the remediation of five large existing rooftops at Mascot, addressing ongoing waterproofing issues across the building.

The works involved removing the existing membrane, preparing each roof area and installing a new waterproofing membrane system, backed by a 20-year warranty for long-term protection and performance.

With the building remaining operational throughout the project, careful planning and coordination were key to managing access, staging and minimising disruption.

Particular attention was given to junctions, penetrations and critical detailing across all five rooftops to ensure a reliable, long-lasting result.
