Ingrid Devlin a committee member of Buderim Garden Club posted this about the community garden she has been advocating for. “I hope you can see how big my smile is!!! Construction has begun! 3 beds this financial year and 2 children’s beds the following financial year. Yes it’s only five beds but it’s something and something we as a community can all be incredibly proud of! Ted Hungerford at first put money towards the project last year but as the cost got more and more for custom built beds he has really rallied on this project with both verbal and financial support and increased the funding significantly for the beds, soil, equipment and money for plants so a massive thanks to Ted Ted Hungerford and the Buderim Garden Club for making this project possible 🎉🎉🎉”
