Over the coming days I am going to be speaking deeply into STRONG WOMEN…

Not the filtered version.
Not the motivational quote version.
The REAL version.

The women holding families together.
Holding businesses together.
Holding emotions together.
Holding themselves together while silently feeling disconnected underneath it all.

And I will be speaking into this through my 4 Pillars:

Because I truly believe women are not needing more pressure right now…
They are needing a way back to themselves.

A way back to softness.

Truth.
Nervous system safety.
Joy.
Presence.

Real talk?
Some women have become so good at surviving…
that nobody even notices they are drowning.
Still working.
Still showing up.
Still replying to messages.
Still holding everyone together.

Meanwhile their body is screaming for a fu***ng exhale.

And this is what I need women to understand right now:
You were never rewarded for abandoning yourself.
Not by your nervous system.
Not by your body.
Not by your soul.
Life is life-ing hard right now for so many people.

The pressure is real.
The mental load is real.
The emotional exhaustion is real.
Which is why support is no longer a luxury.
It’s devotion.

My Distant Energy Resets are for the woman who cannot keep pretending she’s not affected by everything she carries.
The woman who needs someone to hold space for HER for once.
Not to fix her.
Not to save her.

But to help her remember what her body feels like without the weight of the whole world sitting on her chest.
Because underneath the exhaustion…
is still YOU.
Soft.
Powerful.
Alive.

You just need space to hear yourself again.
And babe…
sometimes that starts by letting yourself receive.

There is honestly nothing I love more than receiving feedback from women who have said YES to themselves and stepped into one of my experiences.

Because this work is never about me “fixing” someone.
It is about creating a space where a woman feels seen, witnessed, safe, supported… and able to reconnect to herself again.

That is the potency of this work.
You taking ownership of your own healing.

Your own nourishment.
Your own experience.
Being a space holder is something I hold with deep devotion.
I take so much pride in ensuring my vessel, my energy, and the spaces I create are grounded, clear, intentional, and truly in service to the woman who is showing up.
