100 people, 14 teams and one seriously fun night in support of 9 Lives Cat Rescue. It was an honour to host the quiz and the crowd brought it from start to finish!

Massive shoutout to Cooper who stepped in as co-host and absolutely smashed it. The crowd was in very good hands all night. 🙌

Cool Events has been quiet for a few months. Let's talk about that.

Back in December we ran our second event, a Tug of War Tournament. Kids competed, parents jumped in and the energy was exactly what we set out to create when we started this.

Since then we've been heads-down building. New events, new formats, a clearer vision for where Cool Events is going.

2026 is going to be a big year. Multiple events are in the works right now, formats Perth hasn't seen before, and we're nearly ready to start announcing them.

We're back. And what's coming next is going to be seriously cool.

Another awesome morning at the Subi Farmers Market yesterday! 🌞🎉
We brought the ropes back for another round of Ready, Set, Tug! and introduced something new, our Bottle Flip Battle 💧🥇

This one wasn’t just for fun (though there was plenty of that!) It was also a fundraiser for Creative Connections, a not-for-profit organisation that put on an annual art exhibition for people with complex needs and give them opportunities to showcase their art and develop connections with the community and WA Poets. 🎨💚

Thank you to everyone who came down, joined in, donated, or just stopped for a chat, your support means a lot and helps us keep creating community experiences like this.

Can’t wait for the next one. More games, more laughs and even more ways to get involved! 🪢
