Mornington Peninsula Bird Festival The inaugural Morn Pen Bird Festival will be held on 21-23 November 2025. More information on the website

It will be a weekend of guided bird watching activities, bird themed presentations and activities and social gatherings. The inaugural Morn Pen Bird Festival will include guided bird watching for beginners and advanced birders, presentations for expert speakers, activities, avian art show and evening social activities.

What a weekend. Haven’t got final attendance number but it got crowded every afternoon
So many birds recorded and I’ll get those on the festival E bird records in the next few weeks.

Get your picnic baskets and gold coins out and join us on Sunday 2nd November for our Annual Community Picnic.
Live music from 1:00pm with Stephanie Duzell's Heartache Club followed by the ever popular Delsinki and the Quiet Coachmen -who wowed picnickers in 2023 with their musical prowess!!!
Activities for the kids, 4 food vans, Smart Bros Brewery and Rhino Tiger Bear Winery as well as the Homestead hosting Sarah Morrow's colourful, contemporary art exhibition.
Be there at 12:00 midday for a special acknowledgement of country performed by the fabulous Jillian West.
