This service is for women of all ages and teenagers.

Come and experience the Woady Yaloak Recreation Facility under lights!

Whether you want to kick the footy, shoot some hoops, have a run around with the kids, join a fitness class, try Pickleball or just catch up with a few people, we'd love to see you there.

We'll have:
🌭 Free sausage sizzle
🏃 Free fitness classes with Genki Fit and a Pickleball come and try with Golden Plains Pickleball
💡 Oval and netball court lights on for everyone to enjoy
📣 An opportunity to find out more about local community groups and events

🔥 7pm | Golden Plains Pickleball come and try

This is a chance to get out of the house these school holidays, have a look around the reserve and see what's happening at the facility. If you've never been down before, even better!

Everything is free. If you'd like to chip in towards the cost of the sausage sizzle, we'll have a gold coin donation tin on the night, but there's absolutely no pressure.

Bring the family, invite a friend and come spend an evening at your local reserve. We hope to see you there!

Another perspective of the new Netball Courts!

We are advocating to the Golden Plains Shire Council to get signage placed at the facility to redirect Ballarat-Skipton Rail Trail users around the far side of the oval per the new Master Plan document that they adopted last year.

You will see a few other things happening to get the courts and surrounding areas finished up in the coming months.

A bird’s-eye view of the brand new Woady Yaloak Netball & Tennis Courts — and what an incredible upgrade for the community!

Officially opened on 20 May, the $900,000 project delivers two upgraded multi-use courts, new fencing, undercover shelters, and improved storage which has created a better space for players, volunteers and supporters alike.

Funded by the Victorian Government and Golden Plains Shire Council, this is a fantastic investment in local sport and community connection. 🏀🎾
