Join us at an event, workshop or exhibition from 4 September - 4 October 2026. This is a place for Council to inform the Circular Head community about CHArts

While participation is encouraged, we also ask that all participants treat other people and organisations with respect, read relevant material before posting and stay on topic. Please observe the following rules to ensure that your voice con

tinues to be heard. We reserve the right to remove comments that include any of the below:
• Personal information about a person, including name, if they have not already provided it. This includes identifying a member of Council staff by name.
• Insult or attack individuals or organisations.
• Defamatory comments that may harm the reputation of a person or organisation.
• Comments that could be considered intolerant of a person's race, culture, nationality, appearance, gender, sexual orientation, religion or age.
• SPAM or advertising of products or services.
• Links to inappropriate, offensive or illegal material.
• Discuss ongoing legal proceedings.
• Repetitive commentary.
• Irrelevant comments. We will remove or ban any user who:
• Continues to post comments such as those listed above;
• Uses offensive images as their profile picture, for example, sexually explicit images.
• Has an offensive username. You must contact us directly if you want to:
• make a request for service
• provide feedback on our services
• make a complaint against CHArts, Council, Council staff or Councillors
• respond to a consultation
• apply for a job

Moderation. Our social media pages are not monitored 24/7 (including evenings, weekends and public holidays). Our administrators reserve the right to err on the side of caution and limit or close commenting on a post. If you have an urgent enquiry, please email [email protected] or call (03) 6452 4800 (this number diverts to an emergency hotline out of business hours). All comments left on our spaces are on public display. Remember to be diligent with the information you share at all times. Do not post personal information such as home/work addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Comments containing such information will be removed. For inquires where such personal information is necessary, contact us directly
