🏋🏻♀️🏋🏻♂️ Movements !! 🏋🏻♂️🏋🏻♀️
We will be releasing movement standards and some workout videos soon.

But for now, here’s the list;
Burpees, Box Step Overs, Barbell Bench Press, Broad jump, Air Squat, DB Push Press, Rowing, Skipping, Corn Hole.
So far that’s it, easy right?

This will be sure to test Speed, Strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, stamina, accuracy, coordination, power and balance!
Some teaser workouts to be released soon, which may, or may not be the qualifiers for the division you’ll be tested at 🤫🤫
