Celebrate Summer at the award-winning and much-loved Kate Smith Property Semaphore Street Fair! Semaphore Road is the place to be on the last Sunday in November when around 50,000 people head to the Kate Smith Property Semaphore Street Fair. The Street Fair is a free, family-friendly day of fun and entertainment for everyone! 10am-5pm. Semaphore Road is closed from the Esplanade to Swan Terrace, a

llowing the street to come alive with a wonderful festival atmosphere in this iconic and historical part of Adelaide’s west. We handpick over 350 unique and distinctive stallholders to be part of Adelaide’s biggest Street Fair. The Kids Corner Stage has live performances all day and a Charity Auction. There will be handmade arts and crafts of every kind, vintage fashion and records, beer, gin, and wine to sample, bringing a stimulating atmosphere to the neighbourhood that has made this event famous. There is alfresco food, pavement shopping sales, Belly dancing, Fitness displays, a Pop-up Bar, DJs, Live music, and Roving performers. The event spills over onto the Semaphore foreshore, where there are amusement rides for the whole family and a vintage steam engine display. Follow the free Yellow Brick Road, where the first 400 primary school-aged kids get a gift from sites along the way.

We are thrilled to once again partner with Ray White Semaphore to present this year's Ray White Semaphore Street Fair 2026! Free Entry! Sunday 29th November 2026 - 10am-5pm - around 350 Market Stalls - Food Vans - Roving Performers - Free Yellow Brick Road - Stage with all day performers. Lots of fun for everyone!

Setting up for the Semaphore Seaside Shellabration is happening! Free entry 10am-4pm loads of free stuff for the kids to do - market stalls and food vans - roving entertainers - Mermaid Parades at 11am and 12 noon!
