OBISUN isn’t just a band; it’s a family affair.

This mum, dad and son trio bring a unique dynamic to the stage that is as harmonious as it is electrifying.

With a blend of World Beat, ska, roots, and tribal influences, their music is a celebration of unity and rhythm that transcends boundaries.

Fronting the band is Obisun, a seasoned musician since childhood, supported by Melani M on bass and Big D on drums. Together, they create infectious music fueled by love for their craft.

Obi Sun promises an unforgettable show filled with joy, passion, and audience participation.

Expect energetic performances featuring backflips, wild drum solos, and a tight rhythm section.

Their original tunes blend world beats with loving lyrics, showcasing a variety of instruments including piano, bass, percussion, flute, guitar, and drums—all played simultaneously.

Many of our musicians are also giving wonderful workshops such as Amber Farnan she is holding a Children's songwriting workshop, Cinnamon Sun is giving a live looping workshop and Ben Jansz also offers a sound healing/musical journey workshop called: "The Spaces In-between"
Ben Jansz invites you to “The Spaces In-Between”, a guided sound journey and healing workshop woven with instrumental narrative and ancient sounds. Drawing on musical theory, music therapy, acoustic science, and narrative therapy, Ben Jansz creates a safe, immersive space that invites you to drop in and dance across the narrative of memory and emotion. “The Spaces In-Between” is a container and an opportunity to explore what may need gentle healing, assist in reprogramming the body and mind, and/or simply surrender to the waves of sonic landscapes and bliss out. Come to feel, to release, or to listen, with an open heart, an open body, and an open mind.
